Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

2. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In the event of disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC, the court at our registered office shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
